ZeroCarbon’s upcycling program empowers women in Abu Balah by equipping them with skills to craft unique products from 300-400 tons of textile waste received annually at their facilities. The skilled-based loom solution teaches women techniques in sorting, designing, weaving, sewing and quality control to repurpose fabric scraps into distinctive pieces suitable for diverse applications like bags, laptop sleeves and carpets.
